Do I have to leave the lab?

For all your basic training needs, the Sysmex Training Academy can accommodate training at your premises at a date and time which suit you. Our dedicated training platform, Caresphere Academy, can provide remote and self-directed courses which can be undertaken at your convenience. Comprehensive training courses, held at the Sysmex UK Training Suite in Milton Keynes, are designed to share expert knowledge efficiently and effectively. Recognising the time pressures you are under these are managed to minimise the time you or your staff are away from the laboratory.

What is the Training Voucher system?

Sysmex UK & Ireland now offers Training Vouchers as a valuable resource to help customers access high-quality training for mainline instruments. As with the previous system, these vouchers are issued annually, based on the number of instruments purchased and the stage of the customer’s contract - whether in the first year or subsequent years.

In the first year, Training Vouchers are designed to support the installation process by providing customers with access to comprehensive training. From the second year onward, Sysmex will continue to offer ongoing training services via the use of Training Vouchers, ensuring customers are supported throughout the duration of their contract.

How can I arrange training?

It’s easy. Simply contact the Sysmex Training Academy at academy.training@sysmex.co.uk, or alternatively use the booking form/contact us page located on Caresphere Academy.

How many Training Vouchers will I receive?

The number of Training Vouchers issued is specific to each instrument.

Upon purchase, customers will receive an ‘installation training package,’ which includes a predetermined number of Training Vouchers that Sysmex has deemed appropriate to support the installation of new equipment.

From the second year onward, customers will receive a ‘core training package,’ which includes a set number of Training Vouchers that Sysmex has determined will provide continued training support throughout the remainder of the contract.

Training Vouchers are designed to support traditional face-to-face training services. Each Sysmex analyser purchased automatically comes with a predetermined number of Training Vouchers, which allow you to arrange the most appropriate training based on your specific needs.

What is the blended learning approach?

Sysmex Training Academy adopts a blended learning approach to customer training and education. The aim is to combine online/remote elements with traditional face-to-face classroom methods to utlise the most appropriate delivery technique.

How much training will I receive?

  • Each Sysmex analyser purchased is automatically accompanied by a number of Training Vouchers, to allow you to arrange the most appropriate training to suit your needs. The amount of credits received are specific to each instrument.
  • You can choose from a wide range of courses which can be delivered remotely, face-to-face or are self-directed.
  • Courses suited your level of expertise – Comprehensive, Advanced or Routine Use.
  • You can top up your training as and when required – the system is completely flexible and built around your specific training needs.
  • You will receive further Training Vouchers in subsequent years based on your range of equipment.
